吹填砂粉煤灰复合土力学特性试验 被引量:2

摘要 粉煤灰被广泛应用于铁路和公路路基填筑,实现"绿色施工"和"变废为宝"。近年来,随着吹填筑路技术的运用,粉煤灰也被用作外掺剂同吹填砂一起混合填筑路基,但对此类人工复合土的力学特性研究还不够深入。为进一步提高吹填砂粉煤灰路基安全性和粉煤灰的利用效率,结合哈尔滨松花江防洪大道吹填砂粉煤灰筑路工程需要,基于三轴试验研究了不同配合比吹填砂粉煤灰复合路基土的物理力学性能,对包括最佳含水率、最大干密度、破坏强度、黏聚力、内摩擦角等变化规律进行了系统研究,确定了最佳灰砂比为1∶9,为实际吹填筑路工程提供了技术参考。 Fly ash is widely used in the construction of roadbed for railways and highways, and this practice turns waste into treasure and contributes to green construction. With the application of the construction technique for hydraulic filling roadbed in recent years, fly ash is mixed with hydraulic fill sand and is used as a kind of additives to build the roadbed. However, researches on mechanical properties of this artificial composite soil are not sufficient enough. To further improve the roadbed security built of the hydraulic fill sand and fly ash and increase the utilization efficiency of fly ash, physical and mechanical properties of hydraulic fill sand and fly ash composite soil with different mix proportions were investigated via triaxial tests, which was aiming at needs of a practical project in the roadbed of a roadway for flood prevention and rescue on the north bank of the Songhua River in Harbin. Synthesizing change rules of optimum moisture contents, maximum dry densities, failure strengths, cohesion and inner friction angles, the optimum mix proportion of 1∶9 for fly ash vs sand was determined, and this provided some technical references for practical projects of hydraulic filling roadbeds.
