强台风“尤特”近地风特性实测分析 被引量:8

摘要 基于建立在台风登陆较为频繁海岸的近地观测点,对强台风"尤特"登陆过程的风场特性进行了现场实测,获得了其风速、风向及风压的时程数据。通过对观测点周边测风塔的实测数据进行分析,获悉了强台风"尤特"登陆过程10 m高度处的最大瞬时风速为37.05 m/s,10 min时距下最大平均风速为26.31 m/s,并进一步得到了10 min时距下的平均风速与平均风向。分析了脉动风的湍流特性,结合经验公式探讨了阵风因子与湍流强度之间的相关性,并对二者进行了相关性拟合。研究了顺风向脉动风速功率谱,与各经验谱进行比较后得知,Karman谱与实测谱最为吻合。 Based on an anemometer tower located in a coastal region where typhoons frequently attacked,a field measurement study on wind field characteristics during typhoon 'Utor'was performed and was presented in this paper. Time-histories of wind speed,wind direction and wind pressures were collected. Through analyzing the measured data,it is found that,the instantaneous maximum wind speed is 37. 05 m / s at 10 m height and the maximum mean wind speed for 10-minutes time interval is 26. 31 m / s,respectively during the typhoon. Also,the mean wind speed and mean wind direction for 10-minutes time interval during the typhoon are obtained. The turbulence characteristics of fluctuating wind were then analyzed. Combined with empirical formula,the correlation between gust factor and turbulence intensity was discussed and the correlation was fitted. The power spectrum of downwind speed was studied and compared with other empirical spectra. It is found that the measured spectrum is most consistent with the Karman spectrum.
