摘要
由贺建奎挑起的'基因编辑婴儿'事件引起了来自各界的高度关注和严厉批评。然而,各方对此事件的评论和反思虽然在大方向上一致,却大都杂乱分散,不成体系,缺乏学理角度上的梳理与反思。本文将从技术伦理的角度,通过涉事者分析,即通过对实验者、受试者、受实验影响的第三方的分析,利用官方原文、相关视频以及第三方评论等资料对此次事件进行全面而系统地归类与整理。在此基础上,本文还将从涉事者三方联动的角度,对既有的伦理原则提出一些建设性的意见与建议。
The'Gene-Edited Babies'of He Jiankui have attracted great attention as well as severe criticism from all walks of life.Despite their agreement in the general direction,the comments and reflections on this incident have been mostly scattered and fragmented,lacking systematic and reflective research.By organizing and categorizing the relevant data,such as the official original texts,related videos,and third-party comments etc.,this article systematically analyzes the incident from the perspective of technical ethics through an analysis of the involved parties,namely,the experimenter,the subject,and the third party affected by the experiment.The article further puts forward some constructive comments and suggestions on improving the existing ethical principles from the combined perspective of the three parties involved.
