摘要
针对传统配制混合标准气体存在的问题 ,提出一种简易的现场配气方法 ,并建立了一个简易系统。该方法在等压、密封条件下 ,采用微量进样器慢速进样 ,将流动载气搅匀 ,并借助高精度气体分析仪 ,得到标准混合气体。经试验验证 ,其配气的精度与高精度气体分析仪器的精度相同。用户采用这种方法可以根据自己需要 ,配制不同浓度、不同组分的混合气体。该方法简单、可靠 ,具有实际应用价值。
A simple system was established for in-situ preparation of mixed standard gases. The mixed standard gases are prepared under constant pressure and airproof conditions. The pure gas is injected slowly with micro-injector and the gases are mixed evenly by flowing carrier gas. The precision of the mixed gas is equal to that of high precision gas analyzers. Users can prepare mixed gases of different concentrations and different components according to their own needs. The method is simple and reliable.
