摘要
近年来,为了保证房地产行业的平稳可持续发展,我国相关部门下发了相应的房产宏观调控政策,实现对房地产行业的结构调控,避免房地产行业发生通货膨胀,调整房地产的行业结构。论文主要分析了在新经济常态下,中小房地产企业的转型战略。
