骨髓基质细胞研究进展

摘要 骨髓基质细胞在多种疾病的治疗中起着重要的作用,对于其培养、分化、鉴定等问题目前众说纷纭,特别是它能否转化成神经细胞更是神经科学探讨的焦点所在,文章就以上问题进行综述. Marrow stromal cells play an important role in the therapy of many diseases. There are many standpoints about MSCs'culture, differentiation and identification. The discussion whether that MSCs can transform to neural cells or not is the key problem. This paper summarized about mentioned problems.
