摘要
目的建构一种多部门协作的医保患者合理用药监管新模式以提升医保患者合理用药管控效能。方法'三医联动'建构医保患者合理用药监管新模式,并回顾性分析对比新模式实施前后医院医保患者不合理用药情况。结果在'三医联动'建构合理用药监管新模式的作用下,医保患者不合理用药处方发生率由实施前的0.87%下降至实施后的0.11%(P <0.05),目标达成率为106.9%,效果维持良好,且医保不合理用药金额占比显著下降。结论本研究建构的新模式在医保患者合理用药监管中效果显著,不仅保障了患者的合理用药,提高了患者满意度,还通过多部门协作增强了团队的凝聚力和自信心。
Objective To establish a new supervision mode for rational use of drugs with multi-department collaborations and to improve the supervision efficacy of rational drug use in medical insurance patients.Methods A new model of rational drug use for medical insurance patients was constructed with multi-department collaboration,and the unreasonable drug use in medical insurance patients was analyzed before and after the new supervision mode retrospectively.Results Under the new model of rational drug use,the rate of unreasonable prescriptions of medical insurance patients dropped from 0.87%before the implementation to 0.11%after the implementation(P<0.05),the target achievement rate was 106.9%,and the effect maintained satisfactory.The proportion of cost of unreasonable drug use was greatly reduced.Conclusion The new mode constructed in this study has significant effect on the supervision and control of rational drug use.It not only guarantees the patient’s reasonable medication,improves patient satisfaction,but also strengthens team cohesion and self-confidence through multi-department collaboration.
