摘要
城市医联体和县域医共体都是上级医院与基层卫生机构之间通过整合而实施的医疗服务体系重构,是新时期卫生健康工作方针'以基层为重点'的实现形式,是社会共同体的一种创新。马克思主义认为,共同体是人与社会的基本存在方式,自由人联合体是人类社会真正的共同体。基于马克思共同体思想和实地调研结果,文章探讨医联体和医共体'联'与'共'的指导思想和基本路径,并指出马克思主义理论新发展对推进健康中国建设与健康共同体构建所具有的指导作用。
Urban medical associations and rural medical communities are integrated medical system reconstruction between higher hospitals and local health institutions.They are practical forms of'focusing on the locals'required in the healthcare guiding line in the new era and innovative forms of social community.Marxist holds that community is the basic existing form of man and society,and the community of free individuals is the real community.Based on Marx’s thought on community and relevant field research,the paper tries to probe the guiding principles and fundamental approaches of'associating'and'communing'of medical associations and medical communities,and then put forward the important significance of Marxism theory development in the construction of Healthy China and health communities.
