Effect of different dosages of CpG motifs on immune responses in piglets

摘要 以伪狂犬病毒为模式病毒,按照仔猪体质量分别将100、10、1μg/kgCpG序列同猪伪狂犬疫苗联合免疫接种仔猪,检测仔猪的体液及细胞免疫反应.试验结果表明:不同浓度的CpG序列均能显著提高仔猪的特异性抗体滴度、白细胞介素(IL) 2诱生活性以及淋巴细胞增殖反应,证明CpG序列能显著增强仔猪对常规疫苗的免疫应答能力. Piglets were inoculated with CpG motifs and pseudorabies attenuated vaccine simultaneously, the CpG motifs inoculation dosages were 100, 10, 1 μg/kg, respectively. The titer of specific antibodies to pseudorabies attenuated vaccine, the proliferation of lymphocytes and induced IL-2 activities were assessed. The results showed that the above-mentioned immune response of the piglets to vaccine with different dosages of CpG motifs added was significantly stronger than conventional immunization.
