摘要
建立采用附加节点的统一潮流控制器(unified power flow controller,UPFC)潮流计算模型,并通过潮流计算结果得到UPFC参数,为计及UPFC的潮流优化提供装置运行范围的约束条件。建立包含UPFC的潮流优化模型,将优化目标设定为各线路负载率的最大值最小,节点电压偏离期望值的程度最小,同时兼顾线路有功损耗的优化,并确定了各优化目标的协调方式。对上海一环网的算例结果表明,采用该优化模型,UPFC可有效消除输电瓶颈,优化电压水平,某些工况下也可降低有功损耗,同时验证各优化目标协调方式的合理性。
ABSTRACT:A load flow calculation model with UPFC is built by using the additional node method and the parameters of UPFC are calculated, which form the basis for the load flow optimization with constraints of UPFC. The load flow optimization model including UPFC is established. The objective functions are to minimize the maximum load rate, to minimize the degree of node voltage deviation from the expected value, and to minimize the power losses to some degree. Then, the coordination method of the aforementioned objectives is proposed. The analysis results of a looped network in Shanghai show that after the introduction of the optimization model, UPFC can balance line load, eliminate transmission bottlenecks, optimize voltage level, and reduce transmission losses. And the rationality of the coordination method of the aforementioned objectives is verified.
