摘要
生态文明是一种文化伦理形态,以人与自然、人与人、人与社会和谐共生、良性循环、全面发展以及持续繁荣为基本宗旨。城镇化的过程中也要融入生态文明思想,关注城镇化与资源和环境的关系,实现人与自然的和谐发展,最终建设好生态城镇。本文首先从国内和国外两个方面分别介绍了生态城镇化思想的萌芽,然后对与生态城镇化相关的系统性理论研究进行了分析,包括田园城市理论、城市分散主义理论、复合生态系统理论等,接着详细地阐述了生态城镇化在当代的发展,包含生态文明理念融入城镇化全过程、加强对城市规划的建设管理等,最后对全文进行了总结并对城市未来的发展提出了展望。对这些理论进行溯源对中国当前生态城镇化的建设有着很强的理论指导意义。
Ecological civilization is a kind of cultural ethical form. It is based on the harmonious development of man and nature,man and man,man and society,virtuous circle,all- round development and sustained prosperity. In the process of urbanization,we should integrate ecological civilization,pay attention to the relationship between urbanization,resources and environment,achieve the harmonious development between human and nature,and finally build ecological town. This paper firstly introduces the idea of eco- urbanization from two aspects,and then analyzes the systematic theoretical research related to eco- urbanization,including the theory of urban garden,the theory of urban decentralism and the theory of compound ecosystem,and last elaborates the development of eco- urbanization in the contemporary,including the concept of ecological civilization into the whole process of urbanization,strengthening the construction management of urban planning,etc. Finally,the paper summarizes for the future development of the city. The traceability of these theories has a strong theoretical guidance to the current eco- urbanization of China’s construction.
