摘要
随着'三农'问题逐步得到重视,农业产业化能够融合三大产业形成巨大的产业链,带动相关产业集群发展。'信阳毛尖'作为信阳的标志性产品,被众人所知晓,却并不存在产业竞争的优势。为了解信阳市的茶产业发展的现状及不足,对茶农、茶企、经销商进行实地调研,运用五力模型来分析产业竞争态势,并在此基础上针对性地提出了产业发展相关策略建议。
With more attention paid to the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",the agricultural industrialization will integrate the three industries to form a huge industrial chain,driving the development of related industry cluster. "Xinyang Maojian Tea" is the special geographic product in Xinyang,which is well- known to people,but there is no industry competitive advantage.In order to understand the status and deficiencies of the development of tea industry in Xinyang,the author conducted field research on the tea fanners,tea enterprises and distributors.The paper uses five- force model to analyze the situation of industry competition and then gives out the development countermeasure and some suggestions.
