摘要
共性技术作为能够促进跨产业技术进步和产业技术创新的关键性技术,在产业政策中的作用越来越重要,对共性技术挖掘、测度和识别的研究是实现共性技术发展的基础。本文分析了共性技术发展的起源及我国产业共性技术基本内涵,并进一步探讨中国产业共性技术挖掘、测度与识别的概念辨析、指标体系和研究方法等相关内容。研究发现,有关中国产业共性技术研究的文献不断增多,但仍显薄弱,不能适应产业共性技术快速发展的需求,进而为接下来的学术研究指明方向,促进共性技术挖掘、测度与识别的发展。
As a cross-industry key technology,generic technology can promote technological progress and industrial technology innovation. Since it is playing a more and more important role in industrial policy,research on exploration,measurement and identification of generic technology has become the basis for the development. By analyzing the origin of generic technology and the basic connotation of industrial generic technology research in China,this paper is aimed to explore the differences of generic technology’s excavation,measurement and identification; the determination of the index system and research methods are also discussed in this paper. Having pointed out that China’s industrial generic technology research is relatively weak and cannot meet the requirement of industrial generic technology rapid development,this paper provides guidance for the next academic research and promotes the development of generic technology,measurement and recognition.
