摘要
社会质量理论是在20世纪90年代后期新兴的理论,它强调个人和社会的共同、全面发展,主张以增进社会福利的途径来提升社会质量,倡导建立一个以公民权、民主、平等和社会团结为核心价值的社会,并提出了建立"可持续的福利社会"的目标。笔者主要从社会质量理论提出的背景、逻辑分析框架和衡量指标体系等方面,对该理论的发展做一个较为系统的综述,以期对我国和谐社会的建设提供借鉴。
The social quality theory appeared in late 1990s,which emphasized the individual and the community’s common and comprehensive development.It aims to promote social welfare to enhance the social quality,and advocates the establishment of a social whose core values are citizenship,democracy,equality and social solidarity.The social quality theory also proposes the establishment of"sustainable welfare society".This paper mainly introduces the background of the social quality theory,its logical analysis framework and metrics system,and attempts to make a more systematic review on the development of the social quality theory,so as to provide reference to the construction of the harmonious society.
