摘要
人与组织匹配被广泛地定义为人与组织之间的相容性。近年来,人与组织匹配一直是研究的热点。在对人与组织匹配领域文献回顾的基础上,从理论、测量方式和应用研究等三方面,对国内外关于人与组织匹配的理论研究和应用成果进行了整合性的梳理和归纳,并提出了当前研究中存在的问题,进而指出了这一课题未来可能的研究方向。
Person-organization fit,which is the hot topic in these years,is generally defined the compatibility between person and organization.Based the review of theories in this area,the article summaries and comments on abroad and home researches on PO fit from theories,measurement and application in related areas.Also,this article identifies issues and questions in present studies and discusses the directions for future researches in PO fit.
