摘要
公务员聘任制是我国公务员制度中的一种新制度。公务员聘任制不同于普通公务员制度,也不同于我国部分地区推行的政府雇员制度。公务员聘任制顺应了新公共管理理论和公共组织理论的要求。公务员聘任制有着重大意义,但也存在一些问题。
The official appointed system is a new system in our country. The official appointed system is different from the ordinary official system and government employee system in some area in our country, and it satisfies the requests of the new public management theory and the public organization theory. The official appointed system has great significance, but it also has some problem.
