摘要
与文字相比,法律领域中的数字有三个显著的特征:直观性、无歧性和刚性。通过对我国现行的若干部法律、行政法规和部门规章的实证分析,可以对立法层面的数字做出四类划分。研究法律领域中的数字有着重大的理论意义和实践意义。立法层面中的数字改进包括抽象化改进和具体化改进。
Compared with the words, the figures in the legal field have three notable features: visual, non-discrimination and rigid. Through the empirical analysis, the figures in the legislation may make four kinds of division. There are great theoretical and practical significances on researching the figures in the legal field. Improvements on the figures on legislative level include abstract improvements and specific ones.
