摘要
本文回顾了麦卡勒姆规则的产生及其各种扩展形式,并通过与其他货币政策规则尤其是泰勒规则的比较,揭示了麦卡勒姆规则的特点和优势,最后提出,麦卡勒姆规则可以为衡量中国货币政策的松紧程度提供一个政策参考指标。
This article reviews the production of the McCallum-type rule and its each kind of expansion forms,and reveals the characteristics and the advantages of the McCallum-type rule by contrast with other monetary policy rules and especially with the Taylor Rule.Finally the paper proposes that the McCallum-type rule may provide an important reference norm for the operation of monetary policy in China.
