摘要 为了解决我国城市中,尤其是北方城市硬质路面粉尘(雾霾)对城市居民产生的影响,需研制出一种针对性强,高效环保的抑制剂,控制城市粉尘的传播与扩散。本文选用高倍聚酯材料作为城市硬质路面粉尘抑尘剂的主要成分,研究了不同试剂单体、不同浓度的自然失水率、抗蒸发性、抗风侵性以及结块率等参数,通过复配试验选择最优试剂及浓度。结果表明研制的硬质路面抑尘剂具有良好的保湿性和黏结性,可以保持湿润达4天左右,抵抗30m/s的风速,且用量少成本低廉,为硬质路面粉尘的控制提供了一种良好的技术保障。 In order to minimize dust impact of hard surface to-wards urban residents in cities, especially in northern cities, it is nec-essary to develop a targeted, efficient and environmentally-friendlyinhibitor to control dust spread and diffusion. In this paper, SAP(Su-per Absorbent Polymer) has been selected as the main component ofhard surface dust inhibitor. The study on several parameters includ-ing dehydration rate, anti- evaporation characteristic, anti- erosioncharacteristic and caking rate of different reagent monomers with dif-ferent concentrations will be conducted and finally the excellent re-agent with certain concentration will be found through mixing experi-ment. As results show, the developed hard surface dust inhibitor hasgood bondability and moisture retention ability which keeps dustmoist for about four days. It also can resist wind with 30m/s and haslower consumption and lower cost. It provides a powerful technicalsupport for dust control of hard surface.
