摘要
目的:观察赞丹-3汤滴丸对大鼠血液动力学的影响。方法:将健康大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、维拉帕米组、赞丹-3汤(0.3g·kg-1、0.15g·kg-1、0.075g·kg-1)剂量组,每组10只,连续给药20d。在动物人工呼吸机辅助下,用BL-420生物机能实验系统和电磁流量计,记录麻醉状态下大鼠的血液动力学指标,包括心率(HR)、颈动脉收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、左心室收缩压(LVP)及颈总动脉血流量(CBF)。结果:赞丹-3汤滴丸可使左心室内压、颈动脉血流量增加,对颈总动脉收缩压、舒张压和心率没有明显影响。结论:赞丹-3汤滴丸可使心肌收缩力和心脏泵血功能增强,从而使心输出量增加;而对外周血管压力和心率的影响较弱。
objective: To investigate the effects of Zandan-3 soup dripping pills on hemodynamics in rats. Methods :The 60 healthy rats were randomly divided into control group,verapamil group,Zandan-3 soup dripping pills(0. 3g ·kg-1,0. 15g·kg-1,0. 075g·kg-1) dose group(n =10)for consecutive 20 days. In animal ventilator assisted with BL-420 biological functional experimental systems and electromagnetic flowmeters,hemodynamic indexes recorded in rats under anesthesia,including heart rate(HR),carotid artery systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),left ventricular systolic pressure(LVP) and common carotid artery blood flow(CBF). Results :Zandan-3 soup dripping pills lead to left ventricular pressure and carotid blood flow,while the common carotid artery systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were not significantly affected. Conclusion: Zandan-3 soup dropping pills make myocardial contractility and cardiac pump function enhanced,so that the increas in cardiac output; affecting peripheral vascular pressure and heart rate is weak.
