翅片管式换热器的传热研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 翅片管式换热器是一种在工程中广泛应用的换热器,具有结构灵活、适应性强、空间利用率高等优点。在深入推进绿色节能的工业背景下,换热器的强化传热得到广泛而深入的研究。本文重点总结了翅片管式换热器的强化传热方面的综合研究进展,包括:管内强化传热结构、管外强化传热结构、流体强化传热、管内和管外传热模型以及换热器传热结构整体优化方法等。最后指出,管内插入物强化传热效果明显,但对其管内传热模型研究甚少,应引起足够的重视。 Finned tube heat exchanger is widely used in engineering.It has the advantages of flexible structure,strong adaptability and high space utilization.Under the industrial background of promoting green environment and energy saving deeply,heat transfer enhancement of heat exchanger has been widely and deeply studied.This paper mainly summarizes the comprehensive research progress on heat transfer enhancement of finned tube heat exchanger,which including heat transfer enhancement structure inside the tube,heat transfer enhancement structure outside the tube,heat transfer enhancement by fluid,heat transfer corrolation inside the tube,heat transfer corrolation outside the tube and integral optimization method on heat transfer structure of heat exchanger.Finally,the heat transfer enhancement of insert is significant,but few studies has done on the heat transfer model of the tube with insert,should be paid enough attention.
