摘要
近年来腹腔镜技术广泛运用于结直肠癌的手术治疗,由于其具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、出血少、操作精细等特点,在很大程度上促进患者的早期康复。大量的研究表明腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术是安全的可行的,并且相对传统的开腹手术具有一定的优势。近年来腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对机体免疫保护的研究不断增多,现对此方面的研究进展综述如下。
In recent years, the laparoscopic technique was widely used in treatment of the colorectal cancer. It promotes the recovery of the patients to the large extent, due to the characteristics of less trauma, less pain, less bleeding and faster recovery. Many studies show that the laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer is feasible and safe, in addition, it has certain advantage compared with the traditional operation. Now, more and more studies relate to the 'immune-protection' of the laparoscopic resection of the colorectal cancer, so this article devoted to review the study on this aspect.
