摘要
目的了解农村独生子女家庭老人的健康及其影响因素。方法使用自制问卷和SF12量表调查获得所分析的976名老人基本情况和健康状况。结果 60~70岁独生子女家庭男性老年人生理和心理健康评价(均分分别为50.71和49.49分)优于非独生子女家庭的男性老年人(分别为48.99和47.42分),其余组别没有显著差异,年龄、文化程度、日常支出来源和子女关心等是老人健康相关因素,独生子女因素与生理健康相关(OR=0.649,P=0.010)。结论独生子女家庭老年人健康评价与非独生子女家庭老年人总体区别不大,经济自主有利于农村老人心理健康,却不利于生理健康;子女关心有助老人健康,需加大农村家庭'健康孝老'教育力度。
Objective To understand the health and its related factors among rural elders from one-child families.Methods The self-made questionnaire and SF 12 scale were used to survey on 976 elders''basic situation and health .Results Physical and mental health scores among 60~70 years old male elders from one-child families (50.71 and 49.49,respectively) were higher than those from more than one-child families (48.99 and 47.42,respectively).There was no significant difference among the other groups .Age,education,source of daily expenditure and caring from children were health related factors of rural elders .Whether from one-child family was only related to phys-ical health(OR=0.649,P=0.010).Conclusions Health among elders from one-child families is similar as those from more than one-child families overall .Economic independence is helpful to mental health but not physical health .Caring from children can help health of rural elders.'Healthy aging'should be strengthened to educate rural families .
