人脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗血管性痴呆的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 研究显示〔1〕,在65岁以上的脑卒中患者中,约1/3在3个月内发展为血管性痴呆(VD)。VD是导致老年性痴呆的第2位原因,发病仅次于阿尔茨海默病〔2〕。成年哺乳动物的神经元缺乏再生能力,损伤后修复相当困难,因此该病的治疗成为目前临床工作的难点。人脐带间充质干细胞(h UCMSCs)是一种来源广泛、再生能力强、有较强分化潜能、免疫原性低的干细胞,近年来已经进行了很多基础和临床研究,
