替格瑞洛治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征的疗效 被引量:19

摘要 目的替格瑞洛治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSFE-ACS)较氯吡格雷的细胞因子变化和临床疗效。方法选择患者102例,随机分为氯吡格雷治疗组50例和替格瑞洛治疗组52例,入院时、第4、7天细胞因子的变化,治疗3个月,观察两组患者主要不良心血管事件(MACE)和治疗期间并发症发生情况。结果入院第4、7天替格瑞洛组较氯吡格雷组各细胞因子水平下降更快,值更低(均P<0.05);治疗3个月,氯吡格雷治疗组的MACE显著高于替格瑞洛治疗组(P<0.05),两组并发症发生无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替格瑞洛治疗NSTE-ACS较氯吡格雷更快降低细胞炎症因子,抑制炎症反应,改善动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性,减少MACE发生。
