阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤误诊卵巢瘤2例 被引量：9

摘要 1病历简介例1:女,60岁,因'右下腹部胀痛1年半,加重1个月'于2014年1~7月入院。该患绝经后期女性,闭经10年。1年半前无明显诱因出现右下腹部持续性胀痛,于我院门诊行盆腔MRI提示:盆腔积液;腹水脱落细胞学检查提示:腹水内可见较多的红细胞、淋巴细胞、间皮细胞、少量粒细胞,未见到恶性细胞。引出腹水后,腹胀症状有所好转。近1个月来。
