杭州市上城区绿色屋顶现状调查及分析 被引量:1

摘要 绿色屋顶作为城市有效的上层绿色空间,对增加城市绿化面积、丰富城市景观、改善城市生态环境起着重要的作用。通过对杭州市上城区绿色屋顶分布开展实地调查,使用广义线性模型分析人口密度、大型公共设施数量、商务楼数量和地方财政收入对绿色屋顶的影响,并结合具体案例,阐述上城区绿色屋顶的发展现状与存在问题。结果发现:杭州上城区的绿色屋顶占该地区土地面积的0.51%,其中以商业建筑顶部的花园式绿色屋顶为主;商业楼数量是影响绿色屋顶规模的最主要因素;目前绿色屋顶存在使用率低、政府部门管控力度不足、植物配置随意、后期养护不到位等问题,建议在宣传、设计、人才培养和政策制定方面进行针对性的改善。相关结论可以为城市区域的绿色屋顶研究、设计和推广提供一定参考。 As an effective upper green space in the city,green roof plays an extremely important role in increasing urban green area,enriching urban landscape and improving urban ecological environment.Based on the field investigation of green roofs in Shangcheng District,Hanzghou,the generalized linear model was used to analyze the effects of population density,quantity of large-scale public facilities,quantity of commercial buildings and local financial revenue on green roofs.Besides,the concrete cases were combined to expound development status and problems of green roofs in Shangcheng District.The results show that the green roofs in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou account for 0.51%of the total land area.And there are mainly garden-style green roofs on the top of commercial buildings.The number of commercial buildings is the dominant factor influencing the scale of green roofs.However,the application of green roofs in Shangcheng District has been suffering some problems,such as the low utilization rate,lack of government regulation,unbefitting plant allocation and lack of maintenance,which should be improved at different respects including public education,design,personnel training and policy making.This study can provide certain reference for the research,design and popularization of green roofs in urban areas.
