摘要 泄漏是核电厂高压加热器常出现的故障之一,作为核电厂常规岛的重要组成部分,一旦高压加热器出现故障,将极大影响机组安全稳定的运行。本文主要介绍了氦检漏和真空压差检漏技术在高压加热器传热管及密封焊泄漏检测中的应用,实践证明,此方法可大大提高检测检修效率。 Leakage is one of the most frequent failures of high-pressure heater in nuclear power plants. As an important part of CI, high-pressure heater plays a key role in determining the smooth and stable operation of the equipment. This paper mainly introduces the application of helium leak detection and vacuum differential pressure leak detection in heat transfer pipe and seal welding of high-pressure heater, which can largely improve the efficiency of testing and repairing.
