摘要
在真空电子器件中广为使用的过渡器作为匹配器件必须具有传输率高、反射小和与所连接的电磁结构良好匹配的特性。提出和设计了一款可调拟合函数轮廓模式过渡器。该过渡器工作频率为420GHz、入口半径为9mm、出口半径为10mm、传输模式为TE17,4;根据耦合波理论编制了计算机程序以优化其性能。计算和测试表明该过渡器相对于现有其他轮廓的波导过渡器具有传输效率、尺寸和带宽方面的综合优势。
As matching devices,mode tapers are widely used in electronic vacuum devices and they are required to have high transmission efficiency,low reflection and good matching with electromagnetic structure.We propose a mode taper with an adjustable fitting function profile.For the taper,the operation frequency is 420 GHz,the entrance radius is 9mm,the export radius is 10 mm and the transmission mode is TE17,4.A computer program based on coupling wave theory is developed to optimize its performance.The calculation and the testing results show that the taper has comprehensive advantages on transmission efficiency,device size and bandwidth over the other waveguide tapers.
