摘要
基于三维大信号注波互作用模型开发了空间行波管高频系统仿真设计软件,针对无翼片加载的T形杆、矩形杆、圆形杆和扇形杆夹持的螺旋线空间行波管,具有计算速度快、副特性预测精确的优点,已应用于多种管型的研制中。
A space traveling wave tubesimulationcode is developed based on three dimensional beam wave interaction model whichintegrated cold parameter,beam-wave interaction and PPM analysis. The code is used for various helical space TWTswith T shape,rectangular,circular and sector supported rods,which showed good accuracy for power,electric efficiency,gain and phase shift etc.
