中重度老年性下睑外翻改良手术疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 老年性下睑外翻表现为睑结膜干燥、充血、肥厚甚至角化,泪小点外翻而溢泪,由于泪液刺激造成眼睑皮肤粗糙,重度下睑外翻可导致眼睑闭合不全,角结膜暴露、干燥、角膜上皮脱落、角膜炎、角膜白斑、视力下降,甚至失明[1]。笔者采用Byron Smith术矫正中重度老年性下睑外翻患者43例(48只眼),经观察随访1~3年,效果满意,报道如下。1临床资料2008年3月—2012年3月本院眼科及基层卫生适宜技术推广单位(丽水市莲都区人民医院。
