摘要
在介绍国内外城市立体绿化建设发展概括的基础上,对娄底发展城市立体绿化建设的重要意义及现状中存在的主要问题进行了归纳总结,并从意识层面、决策层面、监管层面、技术层面等方面对娄底市发展城市立体绿化建设提出了建议与对策,以供借鉴与参考。
Based on the general introduction of the urban multi-dimensional greening construction development at home and abroad,the importance of urban multi-dimensional greening construction in Loudi and the main problems are summarized and its suggestion and countermeasures are proposed from the aspects consciousness,decision-making and regulation as well in order to offer reference.
