摘要
"校中场(厂)"校企合作模式能有效实现校企深度融合。娄底职业技术学院园林技术专业积极实践与探索"校中场"校企合作模式,遵循"育人目标与理念一体化、教学内容组织与实施一体化、师资队伍一体化、实训条件一体化、质量监控一体化"为核心内容的"五个一"合作机制,实现了"生产、教学、科研、科普"融为一体的合作目标,为地方高职教育人才培养模式的改革和创新提供了借鉴思路。
Factory in the campus college- enterprise cooperation mode can realize the profound integration of college and enterprise.Garden Technological Specialty in Loudi Vocational & Technical College actively practises and explores this mode,follows the cooperative mechanism based on the integration of educational target and concept,teaching organization and implementation,teaching staff,training condition,and quality monitoring,achieving cooperation aim of integrating "production,teaching,scientific research and science popularization,providing the reference for the personnel training mode reform and innovation of local higher vocational education.
