摘要
中国娄底职业技术学院"教学工厂"式办学理念与教学管理学习培训团全体成员对新加坡的基本国情与政府执政理念有了全新的认识、对新加坡的教育体系与南洋理工大学办学经验有了全新的了解、对新加坡南洋理工学院办学理念及办学特色有了全新的体验;通过对新加坡高等教育及职业教育办学理念、教学管理、办学特色等方面的学习体验与理性思索,认为新加坡高等教育和职业教育的实践对我国高职教育创新发展的借鉴价值主要体现在以下几个方面:牢固树立先进的教育发展理念,高度重视一流的师资队伍建设,不断创新紧密型校企合作模式,不断探索教育教学的有效途径,努力构建和谐进取的组织文化。
All members of Loudi Vocational & Technical College’s Study Tour to Singapore for Learning " Teaching Factory" Educational Philosophy and Teaching Management have a new understanding and experience of Singapore’s basic national conditions and governing idea,Singapore’s education system and Nanyang Polytechnic Technological University’s teaching experience.Through the learning experience and rational thinking on the concept,teaching management,teaching characteristics of Singapore’s higher education and vocational education,the paper sums up the reference value of Singapore higher education and vocational education practice to our country’s higher vocational education innovation and development as follows:to firmly establish the concept of advanced education development,to attach great importance to the construction of teacher teams,to innovate constantly college- enterprise cooperation mode,to explore continuously the effective education and teaching way so as to build a harmonious organizational culture.
