摘要
Nomex蜂窝夹芯结构超声数控切割对刀不同于传统数控加工对刀,除了需要获取刀具长度信息外,还需要获取直刃刀的零位角度信息。目测试切方法耗时、费力,且精度稳定性差,很难适应超声数控加工中对刀精度和效率的要求。为此提出一种基于平行激光遮挡理论的超声直刃刀激光对刀方法,建立了一维PSD获取超声直刃刀角度的测量计算模型,并研究了刀具截面刃宽不同对角度检测灵敏度的影响规律。在此基础上,开展了超声直刃刀激光对刀仪的总体方案以及软件模块设计,构建激光对刀仪实验系统并开展零位角度性能实验测试和分析。研究可为Nomex蜂窝夹芯结构超声切割对刀装备国产化提供借鉴。
Unlike traditional CNC machining tool aligning process,zero angle information of straight edge cutting knife should be obtained additionly for Nomex honeycomb sandwich structure ultrasonic CNC cutting besides tool length. Eye- contact measurement is usually time- consuming,laborious,and lack of accurate stability,which is difficult to adapt to the ultrasonic knife NC machining requirements. So a laser tool aligning method of straight edge knife for ultrasonic cutting process is proposed based on the theory of parallel laser occlusion theory,and angle calculation models for ultrasonic straight edge knife with one- dimensional PSD are established,then,angle detection sensitivity influenced by tool section blade width is studied. The overall scheme and software module of laser tool aligner for ultrasonic straight edge knife are designed. Finally,a laser tool aligning experimental system for ultrasonic straight edge knife is built,the zero angle of the knife's testing and analysis are carried out. This research can help the localization of in ultrasonic machining tool aligner for Nomex honeycomb sandwich structures cutting.
