摘要 针对离散制造业现代企业车间数字化过程中,制造执行系统(manufacturing execution system,MES)信息采集的问题,设计了一种数控机床和生产信息现场数据采集系统。采集系统结合RFID射频识别与Zig Bee无线通讯技术,实现在不影响数控机床正常工作的情况下,自动实时地对产品加工的全周期数据进行采集,并将采集数据上传企业管理层ERP系统,通过与数控机床状态数据相互结合,达到对车间MES系统管理的目的。详述了采集系统硬件模块设计、软件流程设计、系统性能测试和系统特点。 In order to meet the discrete manufacturing industry MES( manufacturing execution system) information collection requirements,design a scheme of CNC machine tool production information data acquisition system in the modern manufacturing enterprise's workshops digitization process. Without affecting the normal work situation of CNC machine tools,RFID( radio frequency identification) and Zig Bee wireless communication technology are combined to achieve the real- time data on the full cycle of product processing automatically in acquisition system. CNC machine tool production information data is uploaded to ERP systems. By combining CNC machine status data with production information data,the management purpose of the workshop MES is achieved. The data acquisition system hardware module design,software process design,system performance testing and system characteristics are presented in detail.
