摘要
经济型数控车床的钻孔方式一般是手动摇动尾座套筒实现,效率低下,尤其是批量孔加工时,严重制约了加工效率。为此利用经济数控车床上可以通过数控系统控制电动刀架自动运动的基本特性,安装特制工装,装夹钻头,实现自动钻孔加工,并通过生产实践进行了验证。结果表明,此方法可以大大提高经济型数控车床孔加工的生产效率,降低劳动强度。
The drilling way of NC lathe is usually manual shaking tail sleeve. It is inefficient especially in bathe processing. This situation restricts the machining efficiency seriously. Using the basic feature which the NC system can make electric tool post move automatically,we can install the specially tool,clamp bit and realize to process the auto hole. It's already verified through the production practice. This method can improve the machining efficiency of economical NC lathe greatly and reduce the labor intensity.
