摘要
针对某公司汽车旋压带轮中轮与轴焊接质量差、成品率和加工效率低的问题,研制了一种自动化程度高的轮、轴数控焊接机床。论述了轮、轴高效数控焊接工艺、机床工作原理及其结构,机床可实现轮与轴的高质、高效、自动焊接。
In order to solve the problem of poor welding quality,low yield and processing efficiency of wheel-axis welding of ear spinning pulley from a company,a high degree of automation of a wheel-axis CNC welding machine is developed.The high efficiency of wheel-axis CNC welding process,the working principle and structure of the machine are discussed,high quality and high efficiency of the automatic welding of wheel-axis of the machine can be achieved.
