摘要
以航空航天领域常用的钛合金TC11作为研究对象,采用涂层和非涂层硬质合金刀具,通过高速干车削实验,对刀具寿命、加工表面粗糙度、切削力及分形维数进行分析。研究表明:切削力分形维数的大小可以反映切削过程的平稳性,当分形维数值较小时,加工表面粗糙度值小,刀具磨损缓慢,而当分形维数值较大时,加工表面粗糙度值大,刀具磨损迅速。该研究可望在预测加工表面质量和刀具磨损状态等方面发挥较大的作用。
In this paper,titanium alloy TC11 which is widely used in the aerospace is used to study,the coated and uncoated carbide tools are used in high speed dry turning experiments. Tool life,surface roughness and cutting force are obtained and analyzed. According to the measurement of the cutting force,the fractal dimension is calculated. And the fractal characteristic in the cutting process was discussed. The results show that the value of the fractal dimension can reveal the stationarity in the cutting process.When the fractal dimension is smaller,the surface roughness and the tool wear rate are low. Therefore,this research is expected to predict the surface quality and tool wear.
