摘要
建立了用1台色谱仪分析包含氧化物在内的甲醇制烯烃产品气全组分的含量的方法。该方法可快速测定MTO产品气中C2-C8烃类组分、不凝气体以及氧化物的含量的方法,一次进样,15min完成样品分析。色谱仪配有2个FID检测器和1个TCD检测器,其中FID1通道通过色谱柱Rtx-1和HP-Al/S分离烃类组分,将C1-C4烃类组分和C5+分开,并利用反吹,C5+先出峰,其次C1-C4出峰;FID2通道通过毛细管色谱柱RT-Q-BOND分析甲醇、二甲醚、乙醛、丙酮等氧化物;TCD通道以Ar气为载气,分析常量的永久性气体,包括H2、N2、O2、CO、CO2;实验结果表明,该方法准确、快速,更能有效地指导实际生产。
A method for the determination of gases in MTO products including oxides was developed.This method can be used to rapidly determine the content of C2-C8 hydrocarbons、Permanent gases and oxides in MTO products.The samples are analyzed in 15 min.Chromatograph are equipped with two FID detectors and one TCD detector,the FID1 channel separate C1-C4 hydrocarbons and C5+through the column Rtx-1 and HP-Al/S,then use anti-blowing,the result is that C5+ first peak,C1-C4 peak followed;FID2 channel separate methanol,two methyl ether,acetaldehyde,acetone and other oxides by column RT-Q-BOND;The carrier gas of TCD channel is Ar,permanent gases is analyzed,including H2,N2,O2,CO,CO2.The experimental results show that this method is accurate 、fast and can more effectively guide the practical production.
