摘要
石油化工设备优缺点和工作条件对经济发展具有重要作用,直接影响到石油化工生产厂的安全稳定和长期运行,也影响了石化生产企业的经济效益。石化企业石油化工设备在生产中起着重要的作用。本文对石化设备维修问题进行了深入的探讨。石化是一个相对复杂的技术产业,涉及更多的石化设备,其主要反应设备,传热设备,储罐,炉设备,塔式设备,通过阀门,管道等连接各种设备,形成一个整体石化系统。石化生产是连续不间断的过程,具有易燃,易爆,耐高温,高压,易中毒的特点,伴随着复杂的传热过程。加强石化设备的维护,保证设备的正常运行,加强生产活动的可靠性,保证企业的正常运行和经济效益的提高起着重要的作用。
The merit and demerit as well as working condition of petrochemical equipment has important function on the economic development and it directly influences the safe,stable and long-term operation of petrochemical production plant,besides it also influences the economic benefit of petrochemical production enterprises.The petrochemical equipment plays an important role in the production process.In this paper,it has taken indepth discussion of the maintenance problems of petrochemical equipment.The petrochemical industry is one relatively complicated technical industry and it involves many petrochemical equipment,which mainly includes reaction equipment,heat-transfer equipment,storage tank,furnace equipment and towery equipment,besides,it finishes the connection of equipment through valve,pipeline etc and then form one complete petrochemical equipment.The petrochemical production is the constant process and it has the features of inflammableness,explosion,poisoning,high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance along with the complicated heat transfer process.Strengthening the maintenance of petrochemical equipment,guaranteeing the normal running of equipment and strengthening the reliability of production activity play an important role in guaranteeing the enterprise's normal operation and economic benefit increase.
