摘要
随着国家的发展,社会的进步,人们越来越关注安全问题。众所周知,企业生产安全管理的有效性直接影响和决定着企业能否稳步发展,油田井下作业作为一种高风险行业,体现的更为明显。油田井下作业有非常复杂的操作过程,生产的工序比较多,在施工的过程中会受到很多因素的影响,如:环境、设备、人为等,所以井下作业是一个危险系数较高的行业。本文通过对井下工作进行了系统的分析,提出了有效的安全管理措施。
With country developing and society progressing, people are paying more and more attention to security issues.As we all know, the effectiveness of enterprises production safety management determine if the enterprise can develop steadily. Oilfield downhole operation as a high risk industry, reflect more obviously. It has very complicated operational process and many work procedures, during the construction process, it can be influenced by many factors like environment, equipment, people etc..This paper systematically analyzes downhole operation, puts effective safety management measures forward.
