摘要
高校是维护意识形态安全、培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的坚强阵地,培养时代新人的战略任务对新时代高校青年教师意识形态建设提出了新要求。全球化、市场化以及信息网络化的困扰,使高校青年教师意识形态建设面临引领、认同与宣传方面的挑战。面对高校青年教师意识形态建设的诸多挑战以及部分青年教师理想信念缺失、精神生活功利和价值取向错位等现象,要尽快形成一套切实可行、科学系统的工作机制,把原则性的要求具体化,虚功实做。因此,需立足优化领导、创新宣传和强化保障构建科学的工作机制,明确意识形态建设管理依托,增强凝聚力和引领力,确保产生实效。
Universities are strong positions for safeguarding ideological security and cultivating the developers and successors of socialist cause. The strategic task of training new generation puts forward new requirements for the ideological construction of young university teachers in the new era. The dilemma of globalization, marketization and information network has made the ideological construction of young university teachers face challenges in leadership, identification and publicity. In the face of the various challenges of the times in the ideological construction of young university teachers, and the dislocated ideology due to lack of ideals and beliefs, the utilitarianism of spiritual life, and the misplaced value orientation of some teachers, it urgently needs to form a practical and scientific working mechanism as soon as possible, so as to concretize the principle requirements. This requires to build a scientific working mechanism based on the three dimensions of optimizing leadership, innovating propaganda and strengthening safeguards, and to clarify the basis for ideological construction management, enhance cohesion and leadership, and ensure effective results.
