摘要
当前中白文化交流与合作的亮点有:以文化中心和文化日为品牌;以文化机构和文化活动为载体;以旅游和体育为新的突破口;以汉语国际教学和文化传播为重要纽带。中白文化交流与合作中存在的主要问题有:西方舆论的负面影响;中白青年文化价值观的差异;汉语国际教学与文化传播的瓶颈。推进中白文化交流与合作的对策建议是:以"六个中国"精神创新文化交流与传播模式;"知己知彼"改变消极刻板文化印象;以"四贴近"解决汉语国际教学中的"四教"问题。
This paper aims to explore how China and Belarus strengthen cultural exchange and cooperation,and promote the mutual understanding of the people to advance the Belt and Road Initiatives. It summarizes the highlights of Sino-Belarus cultural exchange and cooperation including the use of cultural center and cultural day as the brand,cultural institutions and cultural activities as the carrier,tourism and sports as the new breakthrough,and Chinese international teaching and cultural communication as the important link. It further analyzes the main problems in the exchange and cooperation between Chinese and Belarusian cultures including the negative influence of Western public opinion,the differences in the cultural values of Chinese and Belarusian youth,the bottleneck of Chinese international teaching and cultural communication. Based on the above analyses,it puts forward preliminary countermeasures and suggestions including the use of the spirit of 'Six China'for innovating cultural exchange and communication model,'knowing ourselves and knowing others'for changing the impression of negative stereotypes,and the'four closeness'for solving the problem of'four teachings'in Chinese international teaching.
