摘要
目的:综述中医治疗方法尤其是针灸对小儿脑性瘫痪的临床治疗现状。方法:从不同的针刺手法及针刺部位等方面来分析针灸对小儿脑瘫的治疗效果。结果:针灸在小儿脑瘫的治疗方面取得了较为满意的效果。讨论:针灸虽在小儿脑瘫的治疗上取得了成绩,但仍存在着不足,尤其在诊断和疗效评估等方面缺乏统一标准,应借鉴现代康复医学的理论知识,使中西康复疗法相结合,提高小儿脑瘫的诊治水平和临床效果。
Object:To overview the clinical condition of Chinese therapy especially acupuncture therapy in the children CP.Methods:Analyze the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture therapy in the children CP from different acu-manipulation and different acupoints. Results:Acupuncture therapy is very effective in the treatment of children CP Conclusion:Although acupuncture therapy is effective,it is not enough in diagnosis and evaluation which lack of unified standards,it should integrate with modern rehabilitation theory to improve children CP of diagnosis and treatment and clinical efforts.
