摘要
目的探讨牛黄解毒方治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 344例口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各172例,治疗组给予口服牛黄解毒方治疗,对照组给予口服多维元素片、西地碘含片治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征变化等指标。结果治疗组总有效率为88.37%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01),复发率明显降低。结论牛黄解毒方治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效确切。
Objective To research the curative effect of Niuhuang Jiedu prescription on oral ulcer.Methods 344 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Niuhuang Jiedu prescription and the control group was given Vitamins with Minerals and Cydiodine.Meanwhile,the symptoms were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treated group was88.37%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclution Niuhuang Jiedu prescription is scientific,while its curative effect is assured for oral ulcer.
