摘要 发酵工程作为现代生物技术四大工程的核心,在实践教学中广泛设课。但实验中存在发酵液易染菌等问题,且无法根据需要进行p H值、补气和助剂等相关补给调节。吉林大学国家级生物实验教学示范中心根据现有校内实训基地条件开发三级发酵罐接种、补料及水循环利用自控系统,收到可喜的社会经济效益,得到广泛应用与推广。 Fermentation engineering is the core of the four modern biotechnology engineering, widely sets course in the teaching practice. However, there are still some problems in the experiment such as the fermented liquid tingible bacteria, which can not adjust to p H, tonifying qi and fertilizer supplies. Center Lab of General Biology of Jilin University according to the existing campus training base conditions has developed tertiary fermenter inoculation, and the water cycle use of automatic control system, receiving great social and economic benefits, along with wide application and promotion.
