摘要
3-甲基吡啶侧链甲基容易发生氧化反应,生成烟酸、烟酰胺和3-氰基吡啶等在医药领域有着重要应用的衍生物。本文主要综述其氧化衍生物的合成方法和研究进展。
The methyl on the side chain of 3-methylpyridine is prone to occurring oxidation reaction,and its oxidation derivatives are mainly nicotinic acid, nicotinamide and 3-cyanopyridine which are significant and valuable in medical. This paper mainly review the synthesis methods and research progress of its oxidation derivatives.
