摘要
目的:探讨超声对嗜铬细胞瘤的定位诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的29例嗜铬细胞瘤的超声诊断资料。结果:肿瘤位于右侧肾上腺12例,左侧肾上腺9例,双侧肾上腺4例,异位4例。B超术前诊断符合率89.6%(26?29),定位符合率96.5%(28?29)。结论:超声在嗜铬细胞瘤的定位诊断中有重要临床价值。
Objective:To evaluate ulrtasonography for localizing value of pheochromocytoma.Methods:To analyze the ultrasonographic diagonosis in29cases of pheochromocytoma confirmed by operation and pathology.Results:Twelve tumors were in the right adrenal,nine were in the left,four were bilateral involements.Four were extraadrenal.Ultrasonographic coin-cidence rate was89.6%(26*/29),localizing rate was96.5%(28*/29).Conclusion:Ultrasonography is very valuable in the localiza-tion of pheochromocytoma.
