摘要
针对飞机地面空调保障装备的操作训练和检测需求,设计了一种多功能的飞机地面空调保障装备模拟负载。设计了该模拟负载的总体框架、风道采样以及电气系统,并将该模拟负载与飞机空调车进行了冬季对接实验,结果表明:该模拟负载可以较好地模拟冬季飞机空调车的空调保障过程,并能够检测和保存飞机空调车的风量、压力、温度和湿度参数,具有良好的工作性能。
Aiming at the requirements of operation training and detection of aircraft ground air conditioning support equipment,a multifunctional dummy load of aircraft ground air conditioning support equipment is designed. General framework,air duct sampling system and electric system of the dummy load are designed,and docking experiment of the dummy load with aircraft air conditioning cart in winter is carried out. The result shows that this dummy load can simulate support process of aircraft air conditioning cart in winter,and can detect and save air volume,air pressure,temperature and humidity parameters of aircraft air conditioning carts,which has good working performance.
